Founded by a neurodivergent professional with lived experience and a passion for systemic change, Eimai Me was founded to challenge outdated narratives about disability, difference, and success.
We are a small, female and disability led consultancy that helps organisations build truly inclusive environments, where neurodivergent and disabled individuals don’t just cope, but thrive.
Through coaching, consultancy, and inclusive leadership training, we support businesses to embed sustainable neurodiversity strategies that honour the uniqueness of each individual, while driving measurable outcomes across wellbeing, retention, and culture.
